Our Services
Biologics - Advanced PRP Therapy
Under our Biologics division, IBSOR offers state-of-the-art Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for regenerative treatment. PRP is a cutting-edge procedure that uses a patient's own blood components to promote healing and tissue regeneration. We provide PRP preparation and delivery services to support clinicians in dermatology, orthopedics, pain management, and aesthetic medicine.
Our Biologics services are designed to ensure:
- Sterile and standardized PRP preparation
- Optimal platelet concentration and viability
- Clinical support and training where needed
Whether used for hair restoration, joint therapy, or skin rejuvenation, IBSOR's Biologix PRP service delivers quality and consistency you can trust.
RT-PCR-Based Cancer Mutation & Expression Analysis
At IBSOR, we currently offer high-sensitivity RT-PCR-based panels for detecting gene mutations and expression levels in cancer patients. These services are designed to support oncologists with rapid, cost-effective, and clinically actionable insights that guide diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment selection.
Mutation Analysis
Using real-time PCR (qPCR) technology, our mutation panels detect key somatic alterations in cancer-related genes. These panels are tailored for specific cancer types and include:
- Single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and small insertions/deletions (indels) in hotspot regions
- Coverage of critical oncogenes and tumor suppressors such as EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, PIK3CA, TP53, and others
- Support for tissue biopsies, fine-needle aspirates, and in some cases, liquid biopsy samples (plasma-derived ctDNA)
Gene Expression Analysis
We also provide RT-PCR-based gene expression profiling to measure mRNA levels of genes associated with:
- Cancer progression
- Drug response and resistance
- Prognostic markers
Current applications include
- ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67 quantification for breast cancer subtyping
- Expression of PD-L1, VEGF, or immune checkpoint-related markers to support immunotherapy decisions
- Oncogene expression (e.g., MYC, BCL2) profiling for hematologic malignancies
Advantages of Our RT-PCR Platform
- Rapid turnaround time (same-day or next-day reporting)
- High sensitivity and specificity
- Compatible with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples
- Cost-effective alternative to sequencing in routine clinical practice
- Validated against international quality control standards
Clinical Impact
Our RT-PCR-based cancer diagnostics empower physicians to:
- Confirm the presence of actionable mutations
- Stratify patients for targeted therapies or immunotherapy
- Monitor treatment response and predict recurrence risk
By bridging the gap between conventional pathology and next-generation sequencing, IBSOR's RT-PCR assays serve as an essential molecular diagnostic tool in the current clinical landscape.
